Franny in her free time loves to walk her Boxers: Betty Rae and Scarlett at the Beautiful 80 Acre Jerry Smith Park, skiing in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado with her husband and Urban Realtor Partner Hubert Beattie, writing and recording YouTube Shows for Affordable Housing Issues from a Community Psychologist perspective. She has participated in and founded several projects renovating neighborhoods and creating more housing for those with less resources. Franny graduated with her Master's Degree in Community Psychology from Wichita State University where she played Division i BB for the WuShockers. Her favorite BB team now is KU JayHawks.  She is also an avid fan of the arts of Kansas City attending plays - The Unicorn and Black Box are her favs, live music and all the amazing art museums that Kansas City has to offer. And finally teaching, training and coaching other Realtors to be Creative and work from the heart and collective good is what she hopes her legacy to be when she completes her time in Real Estate.
